Winter 2011 Issue - Home Show Addition

Credit for Red Element Design Studio, Inc.
In the January 24, 2010, edition of the Post & Courier in the Home & Garden section, an article was written on the Home + Design Show. In the article, the included picture was mistakenly credited as being designed by Melissa Hunter of MW Hunter Custom Interiors for Dorothea Benton Frank. This room was actually completely designed by Rebekah Carter, Allied ASID, of Red Element Design Studio, Inc. (MW Hunter only fabricated the drapery and bedding.) The room pictured was not part of the Celebrity/Designer Idea Room exhibit at the home show. Look for an eye-candy feature of Rebekah's work in our Spring 2010 issue, out in early April 2010.
Chef McKee Opens New Restaurant
Brett McKee of Oak Steakhouse, one of our favorite local chefs, has opened a new restaurant on highway 17 in Mt. Pleasant aptly called "17 North." Check it out for some great food and good company. See 17north.net for more info.
